TERMS AND CONDITION
Dogs are charged at £6 per night per dog.
Any damage or breakages occurred by your dog or yourselves will be charged for and we reserve the right to use your card details to pay for damage or breakage after informing you of the cost.
A non refundable deposit for Humans is 1 nights tariff and the balance to be paid on arrival.
If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival then only the deposit will be kept, if cancelled later or a case of no show then we reserve the right to use your card details to take the full amount.
We do not accept all sex parties of 3 or more without prior consent from owner and if booked without telling us we have the right to charge the full amount and refuse entry.
We do not accept children under 5 and children over 12 are charged the adult rate.
24 access at all times with your own key.
Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum when coming back in the evenings out of courtesy for other Guests staying at the Seashells.
Checking in time is between 3pm and 9pm and on the day of your departure checking out time is 10am.
We supply Parking permits to our Guests free of charge.
Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.30am.
We do not have wi fi.
OUR BEDROOMS
We have 7 bedrooms, 3 singles not en-suite there is 1 shower and 1 toilet shared between the 3 rooms.
We have 3 en-suite doubles and 1 family room with a super king size bed and 1 single bed.
We can turn 1 of our double rooms into a twin room and our family room into a triple room.
Please be aware that our family room and 2 of our singles is on our 2nd floor and the staires are narrow and steep, The toilet and shower is also on the 2nd floor.
We do not have any ground floor rooms.
We allow smoking in all our bedrooms.
