TERMS AND CONDITION

Dogs are charged at £5 per night per dog.

Any damage or breakages occurred by your dog or yourselves will be charged for and we reserve the right to use your card details to pay for damage or breakage.

A non refundable deposit for Humans is £20 and the balance to be paid on arrival.

If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival then only the deposit will be kept, if cancelled later or a case of no show then the full amount will be charged.

We do not accept all sex parties of 3 or more without prior consent from owner and if booked without telling us we have the right to charge the full amount.

We do not accept children under 5 and children over 12 are charged the adult rate.

OUR BEDROOMS

We have 7 bedrooms, 3 singles not en-suite there is 1 shower and 1 toilet shared between the 3 rooms.

We have 3 en-suite doubles and 1 family room with a super king size bed and 1 single bed.

We can turn 1 of our double rooms into a twin room and our family room into a triple room.

Please be aware that our family room and 2 of our singles is on our 2nd floor and the staires are narrow and steep, The toilet and shower is also on the 2nd floor.

We allow smoking in all our bedrooms.
